Running your ASP.NET application under the profiler should work the same as when you run the application standalone. So if you don't get an error message when not running under the profiler, you should not get it when using the profiler.

How do you start profiling the application using .NET Memory Profiler? And how do you start it when not using the profiler? Are you using IIS Express, IIS, or the development web server (WebDev.WebServer)? If you are using the development web server, you need to make sure that you run the correct version (Version 4).
