The Professional edition of .NET Memory Profiler can only profile a single process in each session. If you have multiple startup projects in Visual Studio, only one of them will be profiled. To solve this, you can either start profiling each project separately, by right-clicking on the project and select start profiling, or you can try to use the Enterprise edition. If you have entered a registration key for the Professional edition, you can unregister this by using the standalone profiler. Select Help->View license information and then click Unregister. After you restart the profiler you will be given the option to evaluate the Enterprise edition.
