I am currently trying to use NMPCore to profile a memory leak on a client system and saw that NMPCore can capture allocation call stacks if you start the process from the NMPCore command line. The issue that I have is that I can only run NMPCore on the server and so I don't have the ability to start the application directly on a user machine (the user connects over citrix). Is there a way to still get the allocation call stacks even if you can not start the process from the NMPCore command line?

No, it's not possible to collect allocation call stack information using .NET Memory Profiler or NmpCore without starting the application from the profiler. The runtime will not provide any allocation notifications to the profiler when attaching to a process.
