Field values for some primitive types not user friendly

Post by Eamon » Thu Aug 15, 2013 1:10 am

When using the "Type Instance Details" view, it allows you to look at field values if you collected instance data but for a number of primitive types it doesn't provide a very human friendly value.

For example, the decimal data type is shown as something like "{flags=131072 hi=0 lo=1 mid=0}" for the value rather than "0.01".

Also DateTime values show like "{dateData=3155378975999999999}" rather than "{31/12/9999 12:00:00 AM}", same goes for DateTimeOffset.

Thanks for the suggestion. This is definitely something we will try to implement in a future version.
