This tool will only be used on occasion, when there seems to be an issue. We don't intend to make it part of any workflow.
Does our 1 Professional license allow for multiple installs, or should we install it on a central device for use as needed?
The license agreement allows you to install and use the software on one computer for each license you have acquired. Additionally, the main user of the computer is allowed to install and use the software on a secondary computer, as long as only one copy is used at the time. And the license is not tied to a specific machine. As long as the software is uninstalled first, you may move an installation from one machine to another.
