Greetz

, I've gotta ask a question that probably has an obvious answer so please bear with me:
C# application. Embedded Shockwave *.swf.
.Net Memory Profiler .....................................hangs.
OK, is this an expected result since the embedded flash file [*.swf] is not really expected to be handled by the profiler? I really wouldn't expect it too.
Anyone tried this and is my assumption correct?
Thanks ahead

...of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.

The profiler shouldn't have any problems to profile a C# application that uses an embedded Flash Player.
We have made some important fixes since the original release of .NET Memory Profiler 2.6. so if you're not running the latest version I recommend that you download it from
http://memprofiler.com/download.aspx. However, we are just about to release another minor update (hopefully tomorrow), so I recommend that you download that version when it becomes available.
If you still experience the same problem after upgrading the profiler, please respond to this forum, or to
support@scitech.se.
